Children involved in the pageant will rehearse from 10:00AM until noon. All children are invited to join us for an Advent Workshop from noon until 1:30PM, to make "Prayer Bears" as part of this year's mission project. Lunch will be provided.

The fourth installment of "Waffles and Widor at Wesley." Brett Maguire will play the fifth of the ten organ symphonies of Charles-Marie Widor. A noontime waffle brunch preceeds the 12:30 p.m. concert.

Trip to Overlook Farm

A bus will leave the church parking lot at 12:30 for a fun afternoon at Heifer International's Overlook Farm in Rutland. Enjoy a live nativity in their barn (dress warmly), a sleigh or hay ride, and the gift shop. There is no charge for this event, but please bring a plate of cookies to share. Sign up in Brewer Hall for a spot on the bus.

Poinsettias for Christmas Sunday
Help decorate Wesley's sanctuary on Christmas Sunday, December 21, by purchasing a poinsettia. After the worship service, you may take the poinsettia home to enjoy, or you can donate the flowers to a shut-in or someone in the hospital. Please drop off an order form with payment of $11 per poinsettia to the church office by Sunday, December 7, 2008.
