Summer Nationals at Wesley

July 4th is coming fast and the First Night committee needs to make this year’s Summer National event a success again. We need volunteers for working the booth and donations of soda (specifically, Pepsi and Coke products) to defray some of our costs. If you'd like to help, please contact Gary and Renelle Picard at 508-885-1301.

Opportunities for Transformation

At our Annual Conference meeting last week, many of us were challenged by Adam Hamilton's presentations to envision our churches as powerful and engaging centers of ministry and outreach to our communities. To this end, the Conference is offering excellent training opportunities. For more information, talk to Pastor Vicki.

Studying Solar Power for Wesley

Students and faculty from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) recently evaluated the feasibility of installing a photovoltaic system on the roof of Wesley UMC. They analyzed the site, weather data, and the economic incentives available. The full report is available on the WPI website.
